I bought one of these in 1999 or 2000. Although it looks a little different cosmetically, it looks like exactly what I have and what I was looking for.
This has been one of the most thin wallets I've ever come across and have been very happy with the design. It looks exactly as you see it, 3 horizontal sections to hold cards, and another 2 vertical ones.
However, if you're holding huge wads of cash, the clip can get messed up. Over a span of almost 10 years, I "pushed" my clip in to give it more grip after having expanded it too much. Finally, the clip broke right off, but it has been a great wallet for 10 years.

I got this as a gift for my BF. He said he liked the way it looked and function of the clip. The problem is that the clip has a hinge to it, that gives it an angle. He says that it a bit uncomfortable when its in his back pocket and he sits on it because it digs into him. But he said its not to bad and he got used to it.
